How do you look into the eyes of a helpless, innocent baby and have the mind to end his life?
Even Satan may be shocked at the level of this wickedness.
God have mercy.

Post partum depression
Poor children, wicked mother

This here is the reason health care and wellness should be left to the professionals and not everyone online making statements like they are trained or experienced to make such claims.
Post partum depression can only be diagnosed by a professional. It is real, and something we are just coming to terms with in this part of the world, but the incessant and default response to every new mother's condition (or lack of it) is doing more harm than good to mothers and the society.
If you had read the initial post, you would have come across the reason for the infanticide, and not just diagnose a health condition when you are probably not qualified to do so.

This is also evident in the increase in public awareness of mental health, without a corresponding increase in 'good' behavior by the class of society that have adopted horrible prescription and wellness plans for mental health by these "Social Media trained and certified Professionals"

Mental health diagnosis and wellness plan can only be done by trained and certified professionals (from a Degree Awarding Institution or Body). Same as Post partum depression. Same as counseling and therapy and a million other things.

I don’t know what is wrong with Nigeria and autopsy. You already told us the cause of the death and you still want to carry out an autopsy.

Somebody jumped from third mainland bridge to the lagoon yet police will tell you the corpse has been deposited in the mortuary for autopsy…seriously

Poverty. No money to feed another mouth!! Hopelessness will lead to people not thinking straight. What happened to abandoning the baby in front of hospital or motherless baby's home??

This is the certificate mentality that is stopping us as a nation from progressing. He doesn't have to have a degree or be a professional in the field to express his opinion on the matter. I am also of the view that post partum depression played a part in the mother's action. She had just delivered the baby ... the time when the mother is likely to be mentally unstable. Her mother in turn took the opportunity to pressure her in this stage of confusion to carry out the act. How else can you explain carrying a pregnancy to full term .... then killing the newborn when abortion could've been an option? ... and which mentally stable mother would use that option to get rid of an unwanted newborn? ... don't they almost always abandon the baby? One doesn't need a degree to give a reasonable and logical opinion.... the reason we are here discussing and not sitting and waiting with mouths wide open to swallow without question whatever some expert has to say because the expert has a degree and we don't. We need to change this kind mentality.

The baby grandmother need to be sent to prison .... she is the mastermind.

Lack of proper sex ed or proper medical advice/abortion services. I dunno why people need to be forced to have children they clearly cannot afford to take care of or even want in the first place. Is it better to kill a living human than to eject a clump of cells.

A clump of cells indeed. We're all clump of cells if we fall so low to your perspective.
