Inec doesn't have the power to disqualify candidate, PDP should approach court to disqualify tinubu if they have any case against him. As a political party PDP should know this and stop this public embarrassment. The forfeiture that happened then was a civil forfeiture and not criminal forfeiture. Civil forfeiture is a case against the asset and not against person. US supreme court has ruled over criminal and civil forfeiture and their decision is final
