I did withdrawal from his limited euro PayPal account, and I had to convert the money and if you know how this thing work, I had to withdraw the money again from the primary account which the funds hasn't dropped to the account. This transaction shouldn't exceeded one business day but for one reason or another the funds did not dropped within the stipulated time frame.
The issue with me here is that this thing is happening when I don't have cash at hand.
Today makes the fifth business days and I don't want to keep posting him, reason why I told him to give me between now and month end to sort the payment. Am working tirelessly on paying his money, no be say I withdraw and eat his money. I even told him we can meet if he stays in Lagos so I can give him something as collateral if he's doubtful.
