When the meteorite carrying vibranium landed in Wakanda all the surrounding trees were affected. The impact of the meteorite multiplied their density and durability several folds over. Particles of vibranium literally seeped into the wood.

Mbaku and his tribe members didn't want to partake in all that Wakandan vibranium political bullshit so they opted to make all their weapons and armor out of the wood when they discovered that it was on par with vibranium, claiming that the wood was given to them by their ape god. It's literally out there on the internet all you have to do is just fuckîng read about it, I don't know why it's too hard for you. Jabari wood is strong as hell and can face vibranium head on. That will not change.

Nobody is about to play down the strength of Jabari wood just because you are too much of an Aquaman àss licker to assimilate the fact that Namor can shatter a material on par with vibranium with a single hit.
If Aquaman gets into it physically with Namor, Namor will be the one doing the áss whooping because he is stronger.

The movie is littered with some cringey moments especially the sappy dialogue from that annoying Amon character. The boy is virtually the worst written character of all.
Dr Fate and Hawkman were the best parts of this movie.

The writing literally let down this movie. It could have been better. It's kinda weird when the last 45 mins were the better part of the movie. The introduction of the movie and the first act was very poor and relied too much on action to paper the flaws. The movie's plot is weak and made even worse by the execution and dialogue.

It's an enjoyable entertainment movie which satisfies your action needs. It just leans too much on 80s & 90s superhero campy style of storytelling.

This is a new low for DC. It's been a while since DC dropped a film this weak. Jaume Collet Serra and his writing team needs to stay far away from DC.

The first 25-30mins is enough for some ppl to give up on the film. Very weak beginning. Nothing to hook you except action scenes. It then started to look like there was no story to tell.

If na that kind script Dwayne Johnson waited for over a decade to drop them abeg make all of them getat.

Wonder Woman 1984 looks really good in comparison to this movie.

I might have started it almost the same way.
Except this one felt rushed. The acting wack, the dialogue cringe, the writing watery, the pace was just at break neck speed.
It just felt as if they were giving a documentary commentary without actually acting or enacting the film itself.

It had only fantastic visuals and action going for it.
Tbh this film is way way low.

I no wan go into the tidbit details of the film if not e go be like say I hate am.
Eg That opening scene where they found the mineral, started fighting for it, only to leave it simply as that as motivational speaker tell them "let's not fight between ourselves" and they leave the thing at once. That scene smells premium bullshìt. I burst out with a guffaw in that scene.

I think that heavy exposition was quite necessary as they wanted to set the movie in the modern era...
The part about the motivational speaker is just you nitpicking right now come on

The predictability was standard superhero stuff man and we've been oversaturated with those. You don't expect Thriller level of unpredictability here man and that CGI army had to be weak enough for the normal humans to fight you don't expect them to make them too strong na.
