That white Helicopter was hovering all over Agbani Road, police college, Uwani, coal camp, Idaw River, Akwuke, Awkunanaw layout axis since afternoon.

It normally descends behind the hill at the back of Police college Uwani and then resurfaces again.
I guess it is on surveillance.
