Can you tell Nigerians which Ministry, MIDAS,etc,ever come back half a year ,after the Approval of Budgets ,to tell Nigerians about how the Budget has performed in recent years? None!
Ask National Assembly,State Assembly,etc,whose duties should check on quarterly basis,at least,the performance ,the performance of these Budgets They are all culpable for not checking the Budget and the reason is to just spend the Money without accountability to Nigerians!
