Hi people. This is the 3rd time I will to up my mtn line from my Zenith account, and I will not recieve any airtime, despite being debited. I have gone to their branch and they told me it will be reversed. But as usual days will pass and nothing will happen. I want to sue them now for consistently stealing my money. Suggestions and guidelines are welcome
