Your only option is to use chippercash and their exchange rate is crazy so the price you're thinking it'll amount won't be it anymore

You receive call only if your order is for home delivery. For self pick-up item, Speedaf only notifies owner through email, and you have to go pick it at their office. Moreover,tracking number 'NG........R' is for home delivery, while 'NG........E (ES)' is self pick-up.

That is 'Singapore post'. Item shipped by them ends up with Nipost, and the delivery is not as fast as Speedaf.

You need to manually input the amount to be refunded in the box provided. I guess that's what is missing there.
