There is no point there but rather hate. Defenders and defensive midfielders don't age like that,they usually don't get disposed off just like that until they feel their body can no longer continue,which is why some of this aged players under some of this coaches he mentioned never continued. Pep Guardiola still used Fernandinho,only kompany's persistent injury record made him a non starter for pep Guardiola, Klopp still uses Milner,Ancelotti used Maldini and now Modric,Kross. I can not claim to be the biggest Pep Guardiola fan but i am sure i am one of them and let me tell you for free,Pep Guardiola will not come to Chelsea today and bench Thiago Silva, it is impossicant most especially for a coach that likes his defender been more comfortable on the ball so ignore every points about Top manager not using Thiago Silva.
