Hon. Chidi Lloyd was the former leader of the Rivers state house of assembly who was doing Rotimi Amaechi's bid. He is a strong grassrooted politician and one of those that matters in Rivers state politics. Believe him when he says it as it is. The road being commissioned and built by Wike cuts across his Akabu community and other ten agrarian communities. Wike na man abeg. It will be very difficult to uproot Wike's legacies.
