I self excluded my old number because I wasn't betting at that point, so I registered with a new number on sportybet.

Funded my account with 100k, played around instant virtuals and won 1.1 million, and I can't withdraw due to KYC.
First time I'd see something like this.

The most helpful answers get 10k each.

U used Ur previous details to open a new acct. That's where the issues is coming from.

Try to withdraw it bit by bit. Like 100k if it doesn't work, contact customer support.
