I self excluded my old number because I wasn't betting at that point, so I registered with a new number on sportybet.

Funded my account with 100k, played around instant virtuals and won 1.1 million, and I can't withdraw due to KYC.
First time I'd see something like this.

Have you submitted your BVN? If no try transferring funds to a friend they will tell you you can't transfer to a friend unless you add your BVN with a location to add your BVN.

You also need to add an email address as well as edit your details to correspond with the bank account you are withdrawing the money to. Hope this helps
