I self excluded my old number because I wasn't betting at that point, so I registered with a new number on sportybet.

Funded my account with 100k, played around instant virtuals and won 1.1 million, and I can't withdraw due to KYC.
First time I'd see something like this.

The most helpful answers get 10k each.

Bro....it will be difficult for you to withdraw your funds now...due to the fact that sportybet and even msport have this policy where by you can only withdraw fund that are lower than half of your total winnings or deposits...so you dopositing 100k and expect to withdraw the whole 1million plus is really difficult.

Second go to your profile in settings in your sportybet account there you can verify your details by sending them any means of verification be it nin or int passport they will send you email on your emailaddress attached to the account...after which your account will be allowed for withdrawal..
