Tinubu's strategy is way beyond regular.
Sadly, this is how real politics is played.

Use every available means to reach your goal.

How can you shut people’s legitimate means of livelihood without any just cause and say you didn’t break any law?

Who is going to pay for all the revenues lost today because of illegal closure of markets?

Some of them deal on perishables and one day means a lot. Who is going to bear the losses?

Can you cite the law you're referring to or not? I'm not arguing the morality of their actions. If you're going to go to court you'd be asked this simple question. If this isn't against the law get your law makers to outlaw this practice. There's no need to lie claiming something is illegal when it isn't. Now answer my initial question instead of running away.

How you glorify impunity makes the devil an admirable character in your circle compared to the despicableness and shamelessness you inhibit and adore.

What an arrogant thing of a human being.

The rule of law does not apply in nigeria, which is why people get away with the atrocities they commit so easily. Political parties are organisations that should not be the burden and responsibility of the state or non-party members.

It breaches so many of them - freedom of movement, personal liberty, right to life, even right to own property, cause you have to make money before you can acquire properties.
