This result is not good for Germany cos their qualification is not in their hand any longer. Even if they beat costa Rica, they have to wait for Spain to beat Japan for them to qualify. I think any of Japan and Costa Rica need draw to qualify

Sane should have won the match for Germany. A simple cross or a decisive shot from a closer distance would have done it.
