$15/hr will work just fine for the proposed projects, but have you considered getting your app back tested and reviewed for some weeks before relaunching?, How about, getting an all time solution to the lagging you complained about when there's traffic on usage? Am sure you wouldn't like to spend extra bucks on getting them fixed after launch which might discourage users from returning to the app, how about you bringing new update for the app under 2weeks it gets tiring and users get fed up with constant update, I have once been in that situation, you need this done under a month, which seems almost impossible to avoid the Stated issues in line 2 above (you number your outlined problems that needs fix) except you are going to get me work extra hours, but definitely you might need to adjusts you lauch date, a postponed lauch is way better of than a timely lauch with errors, I could bring in extra hands with me, and get it all fixed up for you. My best would be 50/hr.
I really look forward to working on this project, pardon my anxiousness, I don't like keeping problems down for to long.

You need to receive up to $1k to be eligible. You have so far received 700 so you need 300 more from any of the marketplace.
No need for verification but you can do it if you want.

The $5k the other guy talked about was to enable you REQUEST A PAYMENT by sending invoice or so.
