No. The problem with Buhari is that he is feudal and not modern, visionary or able to rise above primordial bias to delegate appropriately.

Everybody savvy about Nigerian politics know that Buhari reposes absolute trust in a small crew of Fulanis he feels are his 'genuine brothers' and the only ones he can trust implicitly for their 'mutual agenda'.

The problem is that when those set of people are incompetent, biased, openly partisan against other sections of Nigeria, ignorant, lacking vision, modernity and best practices mentality, that has elevated the top nations of the world to their current status today, then all we are experiencing under Buhari today is predictably the only possible outcome for Nigeria.

It is as simple as that. Buhari is divisive and extremely narrow-minded. The President that can take Nigeria forward would be an individual who knows how to identify and deploy the brightest talent from every corner of Nigeria and give them the freedom and latitude to deliver.

Malami, for example, is a horrid joke of a Minister of justice and AGF when the likes of Femi Falana, Olisa Agbakoba etal are alive and practicing.

Buhari knows exactly what he wanted to use Malami to achieve. Hence his insistence on settling for a mediocre Fulani when far superior options exists from other regions of Nigeria.

Ditto for Pantami. I even have relatives in the diaspora who are at the top of their IT game as very accomplished folks Pantami cannot even look in the face if Nigeria operated a level playing field. Yet Buhari insisted on Pantami.

These are the examples that show why Buhari is overwhelmed and failed.

It is not Rocket science. It is all about good old ethnic jingoism. Something no sincere Nigerian today can doubt is an issue with our President.

All this grammar is just lame excuse, Buhari is gross incompetent and useless as a President.

In 2015 when he could have built a lasting legacy for himself by appointing competent people irrespective of tribe like OBJ he was busy dishing out all the important posts to his northern brothers whether they are qualified or not and here we are today.
