CAVEAT EMPTOR:

Never share your idea with anyone without having a Non disclosure Agreement in place. In addition, verify the person and make sure that he represents a real VC company.

There are sharks out there.

I had an experience with one sometime ago and he tried to steal the idea.

Dont say you have not been warned.

They are plenty on the internet. They get paid for good ideas. They are not ready to invest.

Dont say you were not warned.

Protect your ideas and ask them what they can offer. Let him put it into writing.
