There is perhaps no training in world as hectic as althetics.
I am not awareof training booth where people go for 4 months without seeing their families or wifes.
Althetics training for marathon is toughest thing you can imagine.
Those guys run around Ghana every week - repeat that for four months - they can circle the earth.

Heck I dont think there is training schedule as punishing as althetic....i have seen it up close.

You wake up 4am - run until mid morning - sleep from total exhausation - wake up in afternoon - 4pm - run till 7am.

Then sleep - rinse and repeat for months.

It takes incredible discipline and mental strength.

there is nothing skillful in what you type down , it is just a repeat of the same routine . Wake up and run . Nothing skillful .

Most footballers spend at least around 10 years in the academy before debuting to the first team. It required skills, traits, talent and a bit of luck for you to scale thru .


Only idiot like you will train for how to run for one year.
