But it's not a junior league. Yes it below 15s but it's not a junior league where people graduates from. It's different format of Rugby - one require more althetic (running) skills - the other is jampacked - requires staminas.

I doubt . If you remove diaspora kids - same with football - you'd be very average. You go all over US and Europe looking for diaspora kids.

Show me you local league and I will show you kenya basketball league.

There is IQ - and other "IQS" - emotional or social or maybe football IQ. But generally most footballers normally struggle to read or write. Most rugby players are product of universities. Most footballers drop out of primary school.

Nigeria basketball is actually the rejects of American basketball.

This just this week - Kenya Rugby Union - with dearth of sponsors are struggling. There was time KQ was doing great job - flying them all over - they left KQ for another sponsor but now SportPesa (betting company) died, Safaricom stopped.
