No this is A LOAN with SAVING and PENSION rolled into one.
There is NO MONEY we are giving them. We lending money. Very small amount. They repay in 14 days. Ideally they should repay daily and borrow the following morning.
You wake up with nothing - because you're poor - borrow 5 dollars - make 1 dollar profit - return the money.
They borrow and pay back - and instead of interest - we keep that as their savings and pension.
Gov using taxes from middle class to give them 2:1 matching...they save 5% - gov rewards them with 2.5% for saving.
Middle class get 1:1 matching from their employer; so they should not complain.
