this is a very good question. i really want to know if sale of landed properties, is good enough proof for the money in the account for POF.

Will keep in mind.

Allegory:

Most people would just want foodstuff. If someone wants to let you buy and pack the foodstuff yourself then that’s great. Don’t carry what someone else has bought and packed. Even if it’s not coke, some might want to use a chance like this to bring goods in the ‘not allowed’ list.

Hello, house. Please I need some advice on filling out the vfs consent form for passport submission. my husband who is not the principal applicant will be submitting the documents at Lagos vfs. Do we need to fill his details on page 3 under indirect submission? thank you for your prompt response!

Good day all.

My wife got a reference letter from her employer but in it, the surname the letter carried is her dad's name (her initial surname before we got married)

My question is, does it prone to any problem, considering that she's using my surname (husband's surname) in all other documents
for our PR application?

Note; the employer is saying they are not going to change it because that's the surname she got the job with when they gave her the job.

She should not enter prison because of the small money she’s trying to make oohh. I follow NDLEA on social media and if you see how these drug couriers conceal there substance you’ll be discouraged from carrying what doesn’t belong to you

without allowing any tourist in during the world cup those three nations will still fill up the stadiums, Toronto and Vancouver have sizeable numbers of many nationalities . This Canada will not open doors for people because of world cup because they know many will use it for japa. only those with strong home ties and countries that are visa free will be able to come.
Canada is visa free for most European nations.

this is not an issue. Her maiden name is on her marriage certificate plus they also ask for former names when filling the application.

when you tell people they will think you don't like their progress. The Canada that says show POF you think its just for play. Many Nigerians borrow POF enter Canada and get stranded relying on friends to provide accommodation for them and next thing they will say Nigerians are so wicked. I hear that many students in Ontario have practically abandoned school to go hustle.

House that was put on sale for $1.2m through bidding war eventually was bought for $1.5m and now interest rate has just moved to 4.25% I will advise people to look for smaller towns to settle in.
tshtsh:

The truth is sometimes bitter. I was having lunch with a friend in Toronto last week and he told me that emotions aside if they call an election he will vote the conservatives. Unfortunately from Nigeria nobody will understand as many want to move to Canada. I feel like the current Canadian government hasn't done much to address the housing crises. Ontario has a lot of land (bigger than Nigeria in land mass) but housing crises is crazy. I spent 4 months in an AirBnb at a rate of $2800 monthly. I got tired of using uber to go view condos. Many times I'd go view a condo I'll meet like 5 or 7 people viewing same apartment. I submitted multiple offers but got turned down. Landlords are smiling to the bank in GTA. My employer gave me a supporting letter still struggled through bidding war before one application was eventually accepted.
I've been wondering why they don't construct more houses instead of fighting the source of the demand. More students and more immigrants will obviously need more housing.
Doug Ford is frustrated. The mayor of Mississauga is also frustrated

Unfortunately this is what I noticed also. Before I moved to Canada I asked a lot of questions from people i knew who had settled in Canada long before now. I also read a lot online . The POF quoted is also not enough to live comfortably in Greater TorontoArea. To rent a house is a struggle and I noticed that once accommodation is not sorted its difficult to get things done. I know a student who got an offer at Toronto Metropolitan university with a $60,000 tuition. I advised him to find a school outside toronto. Its expensive to be a student in Toronto. He didn't listen but came with the hope that he will work and study to raise his tuition and survival money. Right now he is a burden to people I know as they dont even answer his calls again. He is owing people money left right and center. The school has threatened to de-register him. With the new policy of unrestricted work hours for students he is doing three jobs (security job at night, dish washer in the restaurant in the evening and a cleaning job in the day time. He misses most of his classes. His experience in Canada has been tough but I hope he scales through these hurdles

Shey you know cicnews is a blog created by the Cohen Immigration law firm. The same firm that manages candavisa.com website. They do not have access to any first hand information from ircc. Until ircc comes out to say CRS scores will not longer be relevant, it's best not to make such definitive statements and scare people.

Thanks for the info. I’m just thinking to fix the money in my account considering it will be there for a long time. Else the bank will just do business with it without giving any interest.

i blame those youtubers too, some will encourage people to come first and work for their tuition. Which most times is suicide mission. If you no get money for tuition avoid study route. Because when you begin gofund me begging or looking for who to borrow you money. People like me and many others will have zero sympathy.
