Kwankwaso will help Obi win by not stepping down for anyone so that the Northern votes will be massively divided thereby allowing Obi to consolidate in the South and parts of North Central. Also he will help Obi win if there is a run-off by endorsing Obi.

He can still pull 500k-2 million votes anyway
