Primary Election is quit different from General Election.

In Primary election, whosoever has the deepest pocket will buy the delegates but in a General election, Party structures, ethnic and religion sentiments, deep pocket and the mood of the nation will decide the winner. It is a more complicated situation.

If it is true that three NW APC Governors are secretly working for Atiku, then Tinubu has already lost the election before it begins.

This is because he needs to win the NW to stand a chance of Winning the election. The only factor that favours him in NW is Party Structure hence he is relying on the APC Governors to win the region. That is why he had been moving around with some of these Governor's.

Hence if three out of the six NW APC Governors betray Tinubu, it is over for him.

The final straw for tinubu was the muslim-muslim ticket. They lied and tricked the man that it would be a landslide only for him to discover that Christians are in huge numbers in the north. They also lied to him that he did not need SE & SS votes to succeed only for him to later discover the lie and start restrategizing. It's already too late. Let this serve as a lesson to every other efulefu southern politician, these guys will always chose tribe and religion over commonsense. Peter Obi knows this, that's why he's concentrating on capturing the christain votes nationwide and believe, he will succeed.

My immediate family is currently in the Imo state executive APC govt and I can tell you for a fact that tinubu is not going to win or even get 25% of total votes in SE or SS. I will not say more than but if you think igbo people are stupid simply because they are in APC, the election results will shock you..

Again I tell you the people of that region are not stupid and they account for 11 states while SW accounts for only 6 states . Again the religion in Nigeria is evenly split between Christians and muslims(with the exception of igbos where 99.8 % of her population is Christian & jewish). One can deduce that all Peter obi needs is to get block votes of Christians in the noth whom account for 40% of population in the north (this is even debatable as critics say the Christians outnumber the Muslims in the north just that the political class is dominated by Muslims which is a common trait of Islam). What surprises me is how you guys did not see that tinubu was being led blindly to the guillotine with all the shout about how tactical he is.
