Agent and agreement: 220k

Legal fee: 220k

Total package: 850k + 440k = ₦1,290,000

Tell the public how much you're charging for The unrealistic agent and agreement. You just innocently write 850k as if it wud rent the house. 850k then you charge 600k for useless agent nd agreement. Tell ur client the truthful package here. Rippers

Some agents combine the legal fees with agent and agreement thereby making the agent and agreement fee look more expensive.

Like the 600k example you gave, the legal fee was included but you were not told.

It is the landlord's and his lawyers that charge these legal fees. It has nothing to do with the agents.

Also, some landlords take extra cuts from the agent and agreement fee.

So, most times, it is not entirely the agents fault.

The three tertiary institutions around this area are part of the reasons houses are expensive here.

The landlord's around Akoka axis are something else man.
