omonnakoda:Oga Wike does not speak for everyone, I've met Ikwerri people who call themselves Igbo, most ikwerri people agree to the fact that they are Igbos, why are you trying to force them out? See the close boundary between Portugal and Spain, the people in the boundary between Spain and Portugal will be speaking the same language, hence the similarities in names, they are still one tribe, stop allowing lines on a map deceive you. Just like the people in the boundary of Benin Republic who speak Yoruba. So if everyone in Oyo state now decide to migrate to Rivers state does that mean they will automatically stop being Yoruba? What is even your problem? You don't just want to accept the truth, but like I said earlier, wether you accept it or not, it doesn't change the truth, what is true is true, period. Name matter but anywhere I go in Nigeria, once I mention my name everyone will assume that I am Igbo, and their assumption is right, your name identifies you one way or the other |

Lannister360:Was it Wike that went to Willinks Commission in the 1950s Was it him that formed Ogbakor Ikwerre or Commissione Ikwerre Bible? What about Elechi Amadi and many others like Ikwunga Wonodi Ikwerre was recognized in the 1979 constitution as a distinct entity .Was that the work of Wike? Ikwerre have told Nigerians they are NOT Igbo and we have accepted The Issue between Portugal and Spain also extends to Italian and French They are called ROMANCE language because of the origin in Latin from Rome .Spend a few minutes to research it and stop talking bullshit Languages can Spread across areas just like Hausa has become lingua franca in Northern Nigeria It does not mean they are all Hausa |

omonnakoda:What is this one saying? So if everyone in Oyo state now decide to migrate to Rivers state does that mean they will automatically stop being Yoruba? What is even your problem? So they decide to sort out recognition, how does that stop them from being Igbo? Besides, these people you mentioned does not speak for everyone. As stated before, I and Ngozi iwella are from the same place, they call us Anioma in Delta state, by law we are not recognize as Igbos. But my language is Igbo, my name is Igbo, my culture is Igbo, everyone sees me as Igbo because of my name and language, isn't it foolish for me to denial my root? So sensible Ikwerri people should denial the obvious truth because a few Ikwerri people decided to be foolish and denial their root? Amaechi himself have stated that the Ikwerri people are Igbos so what is your problem? |

omonnakoda:Why are you so pained? Ikwerri and Anioma people of Delta state are Igbo, Mrs Ngozi is Igbo. My name is Adewale but I am not Yoruba. Does that make sense to you? Think with your brain, the fact that many oil producing tribes in Nigeria Delta are actually igbos scares you, well, things are the way they are, not the way you want it to be, this is the reason why the Nigerian government split Anioma and Ikwerri people from the Igbo tribe, so they can say Igbos don't have oil, but we know who we are, and when the time comes, we'll be united with our Igbos family |

When Igbo names commit crimes nationwide or internationally, these buffoons come outside in their numbers to demean and insult igbos without first asking of their State of origin. They heap all blames on igbos including their bigot mistress in Nidcom., igbos swallow it But when it comes to good news, they start searching for state of origin to insist they aren't igbos Bunch of modafuckas! |

Ttalk:You people sef so u don't even know that her father fought gallantly on the biafran side during the war? If she is not igbo then which tribe is she yoruba? Fulanis are scattered all over nigeria and africa yet people don't try to dispute their identities like igbos in nigeria. We already know that alll these confusion on igbo identity is largely created by the federal govt after the biafran war to try to reduce the influence of igbos in nigeria but it will still definitely fail woefully at the end of the day. |
