the way I'm seeing it Chelsea will spend close to £600m over the next two windows,what the owners are planning to do is to overhaul the first team ,then turn their focus to the multi club model fully without disturbance,then if one of the youngsters we buy start to cook we either keep him to ourselves and save money ,or sell him for profit,this what is going to happen.
