They think hoarding on to the dollar for long is good since it will soon rise again.many of them too have fun into lost since they buy the dollar initially for 13 cedis so selling it far below that price is just impossible.

You are stupid , you don't even know where google check its exchange rate . The data is taking from morningstar not bloomberg as you stupidly think. It is simply mid day rate( half way between the buyer and the seller) no profit margin is factor. If you want to cross check on exchange rate, use banks and regulated bureau d change .
