Don't even go to custom ROM cos if you're already used to miui trust me you will always come back.

I can't count the numbers of custom ROMs I've installed but I always come back.

me too. Every phone I have used, after installing a custom rom, for some reasons I always come back. If I can just find a way to permanently lock my bootloader forever. Maybe It is time to give iPhone a chance grin

the phone is just like the way i bought it.

First unlock your bootloader. It will take some days
Then disable dm-verity by flashing an empty vbmeta using fastboot.
Then use magisk manager to root your device.

You'll need the boot. Img of the currently installed firmware build. Patch the boot.img using magisk manager. Then flash the patched boot.img using fastboot
