Hi, what's your review about the Weyon TV you purchased on Jumia?

My Samsung led TV would trip off while in usage and come back on,so I thought it was a light fluctuation thing. But it just did same this morning as I was using it and won't come back on again.

The light at the power side just keeps flashing,what could be the issue and solution please?

Get Technician to look into it ASAP. Issue is either broken TV power component, or board, could be both if power component and board are built together.

And stop plugging your electronics in directly.

Beware of quack technicians, believe me, you don't want to encounter one of them.

Thank you so much,I just hope this technician I want to work with isn't a quack, he already said most Samsung TVs don't have the power board and one other board he mentioned like that built together,that it would be more expensive if it's an issue where the two boards are incorporated into one...

So, how did it eventually?

My polystar 55'' has been developing lines and darkened screen, i bought it from their showroom at marwa Lekki. It's roughly two Year now.
What do i do?

He worked on the power board yesterday and everything was fine,but I used it last night and this morning, it's gone back to not coming on again!

I'm guessing so too,he initially got a new board that didn't work cos according to him the board was supplying low voltage or so,so he decided on working on my own power board yesterday which worked until this morning.

We will continue today,and I will update you.

Netflix automatically delete accounts, ten months after your membership has been cancelled.

You would have to go to the "help" section on Netflix and from there you can see options of how you can "sign out" from Netflix.

It just started....the tv didn't fall ...

pls what could be a solution to it.

NOTE: Is not visible when your watching a program.

Is only seen clearly when you ON the tv....but as soon as the tv start showing any program ( watching stations ....you will hardly notice the line....but the line is still there.

Hi,

The screws of the hanger may be too tight, in the process of time, it causes line on screen due to constraints, or screen damage (especially if the line is end to end), due to tear and wear, faulty T-Con board, or damaged pixels on that part.

But we can't tell which until inspected appropriately.

A neighbour has a complaint of his TV having a single vertical line that developed after he transported it in his car too his new base. He recently got transferred.

A technician told him the line can be "removed with a machine" which he would pay for. Is it true there is a machine to do that?

I don't think that port is faulty, it's the flash stick that you need to pay attention to since the port charges your phone. But try a USB cable to connect the flash stick, and see. But if same outcome, the flash stick is faulty.
