After McAllister, Lautaro is the second most surprising player of this tournament, in a bad way.

Normally a clutch player, I have always likened Lautaro to young Suarez. This guy smells blood and scores fantastic goals for Inter and before this tournament he has been good for the national team.

It's really surprising how hard he flopped in this tournament. he missed 3 clear cut chances in extra time alone...i would put my soul on Alvarez finishing one of those chances

in my opinion, alvarez is not better than lautaro. Alvarez might be younger and all that but he doesnt have the guile of a lautaro. Reason he's being benched at mancity for a beastly haaland
