I installed it and noticed my phone started rebooting on its own... Up to 3 times within 5 minutes.. several times a day..

I have even uninstalled the app, but the problem is still there, and I keep receiving notifications to install the app back

Mine has stopped.

I updated my phone, froze all online apps and finally changed my theme and wallpaper & homescreen pix

Yes I do have it on my phone and I have being facing seriously problem ever since I have it on my phone. I can't control my phone alone again which they've taking control of the phone. I use to see different activities like strange apps download, call forwarding of my calls, have lost my emails, social media business accounts and they are still even in charge till now. I changed different phone and they still locate me based on the power hacking tools they are using.

I will so appreciate, if anyone can help because I have never own anyone to deserve all of this bullshit. Like they want me offline line. please if anyone knows the meaning of this crazy app GENIEX SERVICE am seeing on my phone should please help me out.

Even Infinix themselves don't know what to do because I went to their office to complained, they just collected my money to restart abi na refresh and tells me my phone is good now. Please I will so much appreciate ideas of what I can do thank you.

You can imagine how many software downloaded on my phone. More than 70 software that I keep deleting and disabled everyday and they keep putting it back.this is too crazy and Infinix isn't a good model at all.

Please go to phone settings locate app manager
Uninstall it from there.
Also uninstall it's update still from there

Geniex na very nonsense app. Them force am on Infinix users only. You can't disable the notifications and all. It's one of the sole reasons I'll never buy an Infinix phone again.

That Geniex notification and all those Palm Store unstoppable notifications. It's just privacy policy violation

Thanks for this, I was almost losing my mind.
I didn't install that Geniex app,it forced itself into my phone. I will turn off data,it will turn it on, I tried to go offline to no avail, it now seated as a third SIM on my phone. Very malicious.

That sh.t is a very serious malware, dangerous. Only God knows all my information that has been spied on.

They have learn from their mistakes and it is really good..

I really enjoy their service.. nice work but they should find a way so that it will not close my physical sim, like I have Airtel and MTN so it will not close them and just create their own for them that means it will have like 3 sim including GENIEX
