I lost my PVC yesterday, Can i get a replacement from Inec office.
what's the process to go about it?

If you can lose your ATM today and are able to get another printed same today, I don't see any reason why INEC cannot print another PVC for you.

Renewal is different from replacement. Yearly renewal should be free, but if you want to replace your PVC for reason of loss or whatever, it is fairly reasonable that it is charged.
