I think his visit was announced, so the people planned and waited for him. It could be the PDP members in that LGA mobilizing the people to welcome him.

We used to do this when we were in primary school - waiting by the roadside to wave at politicians as they drive by.

Same votes that could not make Buhari President in 3 tries? Make una dey use una brain reason first before typing. Atiku will not be president. Kwankwaso will reduce Atiku's vote, people will still vote APC, Obi will still get some votes.
