Can i get help for an 18year old boy who fell from an over 40ft palm tree. Has gone to fmc owerri, teaching hospital nnewi and now at a local bone setters because family cant afford the needed treatment and surgery. He is the breadwinner along with his mum. Now he is paralysed except speaking and mum is besides him 24/7. Father is late. I will take you to them so you give directly. No account. No scam.
