he had just a goodwill understanding .... He had an expectation that because Ghana required a lot of fuel and it refineries weren't operating fully at the time , then Ghana will immediately be a client. But Ghana's demand is growing substantially so one way or another, we may have to take some from Dangote

Yes.. just the 100,000bpd is enough to meet Ghana's need meaning we also have excess capacity that will have to be exported.

Just like how we've joined Nigeria's gas export deal to Morocco and Europe onwards to create demand for the gas that we currently have too much off, we are currently carting clients for refined products.
