Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria in charge of Financial Stability, Aisha Ahmad on Thursday said the apex bank ordered the printing of 500 million pieces of the redesigned notes.

Daily Trust reports that earlier while responding to a question by a lawmaker on the quantities of the redesigned naira notes Ahmad said she did not have the exact figure and did not want to give a wrong account.

This is how they have managed the CBN at a loss till date...

They’ll learn to accept it.
The deputy gov’s response was understandable - she didn’t have the exact figure off hand. They are just looking for any excuse to tarnish Emefiepe and stall his protective policies which are designed to help curb kidnapping and vote buying

Continue using Nigeria money ot do what ever they like, no wonder I went last week to withdraw from my bank and they refused
