garfield1:Yeah, because he approved 13 month salary for civil servants that make up less than 0.5% of the states population yet consume more than 50% of the states resources. Seems folks from that state are really cheap. |

How many workers still remain in Imo state payroll? They've not employed any new worker for over ten years now and their staff retire every day. |

U dey vex oBro, I am with the poster. This man is about the most inactive imo governor i have ever seen. Nothing to show for in his administration so far, and yet he approves common 13th month ( which in fact is every employers right ) and he expects people to celebrate him. How are we even sure that they would even get the money...its one thing to approve and another thing to actually get the money. This guy is just a scam. My prayer is that the people of Imo state open their eyes and don't re-elect him |

SmartPolician:this shows you and those who liked your post are really senseless. Would it be better to have a recurrent expenditure dominated budget? Capital expenditure provides for more infrastructure, development and job creation. But your likes lack that understanding. Your likes never appreciate good things. Harbinger of bad news. Praise the man for 13th month salary. It's no workers entitlement. |

iluvdonjazzy:It was signed to be 30k by Jonathan but many state govts were struggling to pay it, which the civil servants in Anambra then wants him to start implementing. It was the same year that NYSC allawee increased to 33k. The guy is correct. |
| Re: Governor Uzodinma Approves 13-Month Salary For Workers by Mopolchi: 9:14am On Dec 25, 2022 |
Afamed:You're the one lying. Try to get your facts right. GEJ signed the minimum wage to be 30k in 2011 and many states were struggling to pay; Anambra state civil servants wanted him to start paying the new minimum wage but Obi refused due to the meagre N3bn he was receiving monthly from FG. |
