Yes, he refused to pay 30k minimum wage in 2011 because he was receiving 3 billion Naira as Federal Allocation. The 30k minimum wage wasn't even fully implemented, it was on 20119. Even Yahaya Bello implemented his own I 2022.
Tinubu never payed that 30k, yet Tinubu sacked over 10,000 workers. Tinubu has turned Lagos State to his business empire. Shettima his vice imported Boko Haram to come and make Nigeria ungovernable for Goodluck Jonathan. Some Northern elders have said it severally that Shettima created Boko Haram in Nigeria.
