It’s possible as they have the potential. They have a large population all they have to do is fix the organizational issues plaguing the football administration and they have a chance.

Not that they are incapable, its that we don't hire the best people in the first place. The right administrators should be people of integrity and proven experience in leadership and management. For example, someone who has run an institution well should be able to run a football club well. There is not much of a difference.
