the kind of pressure that demands instant gratification from youngster, expecting them to deliver when they have not gotten enough confidence to relax and enjoy their ball ,let us take Lewis hall for example against man city he misses opportunity to guve us two goals if hall was in club that doesn't demand trophies he would have have been forgiven and told what he needs to do to up his game ,some Chelsea fans where calling for the kid head why ignoring our attackers,stuff like that affects them mentally,hence hindering their development,hence why we will buy a second club and give them time to develop,now you understand what I'm trying to say?

is chukwuemeka complaining of playing only 25minutes, was he not playing regularly in villa, not all players need much time to develop, trust of the coach to even play them boosts their confidence, until a youth talent demands more than necessary time (eg) lamptey, which we sold because of his impatience,we should not classy them in one bracket.

formula is not exclusive to one club, formulas can be copied to another club for success, (eg) lampard changed the formula and now we are reaping the success, James,mount,chalobah.etc even Madrid has changed formula no more galactico, they are buying and developing young talents
