There must be punishment for all the team members including the DPO otherwise killing of innocent citizens will not stop. The killer cop should be given death penalty while other members of the team should be demoted or dismissed to serve as deterrent to others. Hmmmm..... two officers ... witnesses at the event of the crime.... and did nothing? ... allow the murderer to escape? I think that in itself calls for disciplinary action. They should be dragged into separate rooms and questioned on what they witnessed .... both of them must give the same answers. How many men were there?... how tall was the shooter? ... what top was he wearing?... what bottom... jeans?... shorts?.. did he hav3 long or short hair?... was covered?... with what?... cap?... what colour?... had mask?.. what colour? I'm almost sure they are the ones involved and this is not the first time..... I suspect pay up or I'll waste you and nothing will happen. But I'm not surprised they're released.
