Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with AutoCAD skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, as well as creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Using AutoCAD software to create and modify technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Collaborating with project teams
- Assisting with the preparation of project documents.
- Managing project-related data and documents in an organized and efficient manner

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: OND/HND/ B.SC / B.TECH
- Practical experience in the real estate and construction industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
