Is It A Crime For Obi To Contest And Lose A Presidential Election? by FreedomfromtheT: 8:28pm On Dec 28, 2022 |
A lot of politicians have contested and either won or lost the Nigerian presidential election. President Olusegun Obasanjo contested once and won. He went for a second term and won reelection. President Goodluck Jonathan contested once and won. He went for a second term but lost. Late president Yar'adua contested once and won. The incubent president contested and lost three times before winning. Some of those who lost the previous elections contested again and either won or lost. The PDP candidate has contested for about five times and is still contesting. So it beats my imagination when some people are crying that Peter Obi will not win so he should drop out. Is there something they are not telling us? Do they really love him that much and are trying to save him money and time? Do they see him winning and are thus trying to discourage his teeming supporters? If he contests, it is either he wins or loses. Is it a crime if he loses? Why is it so much an issue? There are more than 10 presidential candidates? Why are people not obsessed with others, why Peter Obi? Please allow Peter Obi contest next year's presidential election and either win or lose in peace. It is not a crime. Thank you. 17 Likes 2 Shares |

Atiku can contest and lose 6 times no problems at all Aminu Kano can contest and lose no problem Awo contested 3 times and lost no problem Zik contested and lost no problem Ojukwu contested and lost no problem Ribadu contested and lost no problem at all Olu Falae contested and lost no wahala But Peter Obi must not contest because he will lose There is something special about Peter Obi that is the reason his opponents dread his candidacy. . Will he be the first to lose eşection in Nigeria? Na ndi agbado and articulatelators I dey ask oooo. 11 Likes 2 Shares |

Lol, I have been wondering too. The incumbent president lost three times but they are telling a first time contestant to drop out because he will lose. Is that why Tinubu refused to contest and lose and build a national support base, rather he was busy supporting all the wrongs in the country just to inherit another person's support base, nonesense political strategy 8 Likes |

You're deceiving yourself and you know it APC would never ask PO to step down cos if he steps down, he would definitely support PDP and not Tinubu which will significantly affect the chances of Tinubu. Maybe you're referring to supporters of Atiku So we're very much happy he's in the race. As a matter of fact, Prof Charles Soludo who we're more than happy to support when it is his time for presidency suggested Tinubu should pay PO for making it easy for him so we're very much happy that PDP is divided into three We hope kwankwaso will not step down for anyone and even if he does, he's very inconsequential in the scheme of things The result on election day will make many of you depressed and the military is more than prepared to shoot on sight anybody that will come and start shouting Biafra or death after the election 3 Likes 1 Share |

ronalmagic10:You APC and PDP supporters have been shouting 'Obi will not win' all over. Why are you so much afraid of him contesting? Suddenly, you support Governor Soludo because he is against Obi. If you do not support a Southern Igbo Christian now that the presidency should come south and it is rightly the turn of the Igbo, is it when the north says they want it back that you will not betray your fellow southerners to please the north as you did to president Goodluck Jonathan? Your divide and rule will not work. If you are banking on rigging and military interference for your candidate to emerge, you are wasting your time. It is Tinubu and the APC that Obi should thank for dividing northern Muslim votes with Atiku and Kwankwaso, thereby paving the way for Obi's easy enterance into Aso Rock. Your candidate said he did not believe in One Nigeria. But now he 'believes', perhaps, because he wants to be president of same One Nigeria. I hope he will not go back to his 'I do not believe in One Nigeria' stand when he loses to Obi? Peter Obi is Nigeria's next president by God's grace. 6 Likes 1 Share |

BATified2023: Oga, you're still far from reality if party politics is what will decide who wins. There's no party as of this moment that has everything going for them. LP will not source machinery form heaven, so quit sounding like a broken record. Moses was born and bred and Egypt. That didn't stop him from delivering his people. It is the masses you should be more afraid of, in Nigeria of today. The level of awareness is something else, thanks to PMB. 1 Like |

We are here to save Nigeria. You better pray that obI wins coz right now, he is the lesser evil. If Tinubu should win this election, hear me o ,South west, prepare to welcome Boko Haram with full hands. Owo bombing will be a child's play. As for South east, we are already mad and roaming here so nothing surprises us anymore. We are used to bad governance already. Atiku as your president? He s tenure will be called looting. Prepare to buy bread at 5900 per loaf. My preferred candidate is prof Osibanjo anytime any day but since No one is fielding him, I will go for obI. I was in Anambra during obI's tenure. obI came when Anambra was at her worst. Usurpers everywhere, bad roads, insecurity, education was zero, how he managed to transform Anambra to be among the best and totally stop insecurity and still left billions in the cofers of Anambra is something to be studied in the university. Money was flowing like water in Anambra during his reign. If not that obI saved, I wonder if it Is my "ikpu" that Obiano would have used to start his first tenure 20 million naira project for all community in Anambra state |

It is a crime, Obi, a former Anambra Governor that declared his intentions to run for presidency in 2022, and joined an unknown party in mid 2022, to get a chance to contest in 2023, must NOT lose |

BATified2023:The fact remains the fact. There are very few voters, at this point in time, that will change their minds on who to vote for. Majority of Nigerians, according to consistent polls, have made up their minds to vote Peter Obi for his perceived integrity, credibility, character, competence and relative youthfulness. Peter Obi is Nigeria's next president by the grace of God. |
