Thank you nwanyi oma!

Madam please where are u based? Am asking because I really need ur services. I want to reduce stress on my wife immediately by outsourcing our food to a good and reliable cook or even using ur videos as a guide to help her in the kitchen most times.
I really stressed her alot this year. So I want to help her in the kitchen or better still, use ur services. I can't be salivating everytime I see ur food online/nairaland and won't have a taste...mbannu odikwa risky!!!

Thank you sir!

I believe the videos will go a long way too, its easier when the ingredients are all prepped before the cooking starts.

My regards to your wife.

Thank you.

I looked up the spice recipe on YouTube, they're ingredients one could easily get in Nigeria, except one.

Remember the name...?

Remember the name...?

The name of the spice? Cardamom.

Although, if you watch different videos on how to make the kelewele spice, the ingredients will be different each time, except a few that they all have in common - ginger, dry chilli peppers, calabash nutmeg (ehuru), black negro pepper(oda).

There's always something one can do with plantains, depending on their ripeness level.

No, those ones are more like plantain puff-puff.

The one similar to akara is called kaklo, and is popular among the Ghanaians.
