Same Wike that forcefully with the help of Joseph Mbu used Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium even when the Amaechi's government approved Liberation stadium for PDP presidential campaign in 2015.

The PDP campaign campaign would have applied to use the liberation stadium since is the property of the Federal government.

Me too, I prefer the Liberation stadium(now Yakubu Gowon stadium) in Elekahia to the Adokiye stadium in Igwurita.
It is in a central location and quite accessible.

You are right. But the idea of using the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium is it's proximity to the airport. So that guest coming from other states during the Port Harcourt rally won't have to stress themselves as per logistics.
