Honestly speaking,this is one area I prefer Nipost to Speedaf: Whenever my Nipost order arrives destination, it always gets to my local post office at most the third day. But for Speedaf 's , it could take up to a week to deliver- no thanks to customs clearance.

When did you open the account? The MasterCard was introduced in October and old users were advised to upgrade their cards from Visa to MC.

For me,the charges take place at the point of funding my card,and the cost is added to the cost of Dollars being requested for.
