With the current situation of things on ground. Since GT Bank and some other banks had stopped overseas transactions on locally issued Master cards. Is there any other better and cost-saving alternative for making payments for goods on Alibaba etc?

through the use of either a virtual dollar card or a locally issued dollar card from your bank.

Both requires you to source, buy and fund at black market rate.
