This sounds a little bit unacceptable for me. Fine it's a Lithium cell but
Does it mean the available energy capacity (12×40 = 480w) will be tripled(1,420w) when in use because that's the energy that can power a 200w load for more than 6hrs

104 cells, yes of course it's built with a 4s BMS sir. Any LifePo4 or lithium ion cells built without a BMS is a not a good set up. It has a very good quality BMS.
