Na by force to travel out? Imagine leaving your country to another man's country with the sole aim of going there to commit crime.. Thats insane... Moreover igbos don't learn skill before traveling out.. This has nothing to do with bad governance. This has everything to do with greed. Yeah, Igbo people are hardworking, but they put too much value on money. So, the lazy and greedy ones out of them will do anything to get fast money, to compete with the hardworking ones. Even if Nigeria becomes like USA, you will still see the igbo people that will be into crime for fast money.
