I don't understand, you mean lazy youths have been collecting taxes from pure water hawkers in Anambra State? Very heartless, to say the least.

And in Lagos, gala and fanyogo hawkers are always along mile 2 disturbing vehicular movement with their expired products and no one bothers them, yet they claim Tinubu is killing them with tax.
